Mask - Korean Drama 

                     This drama is all kinda of crazy and I love it! Ji-Sook have such a strong chemistry with the two guys in this drama.  Is it wrong of me to want the evil brother in law to fall for her as well? I think he is hot even though he is so evil 👿👿.

I  just wanted to slap her brother so much at beginning for slapping the money she work so hard for them to pay back the money their father borrow from other people. I love the lead couple they just so so adorable!!!!!




Drama-synopsis

Byun Ji-sook is working as a sales clerk at a department store when she suddenly comes across her doppelgänger Seo Eun-ha. Whereas Ji-sook's family is hounded by loan sharks because of her father and brother's crippling debt, Eun-ha is the daughter of a congressman and fiancée of chaebol heir Choi Min-woo. Min-woo is the illegitimate son of the chairman of SJ Group and the company's presumptive heir, to the bitter resentment of the chairman's wife and her daughter, Min-woo's half-sister Mi-yeon. Despite his wealthy background, Min-woo had grown up without the love and warmth of family and friends, and his and Eun-ha's future marriage is understood by both parties to be a mutually beneficial business arrangement. He also doesn't know that the man Eun-ha is having an affair with is Mi-yeon's husband, the manipulative and ambitious Min Seok-hoon. Seok-hoon will stop at nothing to prevent his brother-in-law from being named successor, including conspiring with the latter's psychiatrist into gaslighting Min-woo and making him think he's going insane. But his plans go awry when Eun-ha ends up dead, so Seok-hoon threatens and blackmails Ji-sook into taking Eun-ha's place. As Min-woo begins to live in close quarters with Ji-sook, he is puzzled and intrigued by his new wife and how different she is from what he expected

Rice with salad

I made this  Mesclun aux fines herbe salad  for lunch yesterday. 1.  Cooked White rice 2.    zesty bow tie pasta salad ( this was store bought) by the way. 3.    Some  Mesclun aux fines herbe salad 4. Sardines, onions and some green tomatoes        ( Didn't have red tomatoes so I used the green tomatoes instead) 5.   So I mixed my  salad,green tomatoes,onions together and toss your your          Sardines on top of your salad and then I sprinkle some Italian dressing onto my               Mesclun aux fines herbe salad...... Yum yum yum!!

Baking bread.....

So I  can't remember the last time I've bought bread from the store  I usually bake it myself so this is how I bake my basic white bread. 1 cup water 4 tablespoons   vegetable oil  2 tablespoons  honey 3 tablespoons confectioner sugar  4 tablespoons dry milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1and 1/2 yeast 1.  Careful measure 1cup of room temperature water not too hot and not too cold.  2.  Pour the water into the bread pan 3.   Measure 4 tablespoons vegetable oil,vegetable oil because it makes the bread softer when     it finish baking,so you basically put all the liquid ingredients in first! 4. Measure 3 cup unbleach all purpose flour  5.  You put all your dry ingredients in the pan and then make a little hole in the flour and put your yeast. 6.   Put your bread pan in your bread maker and then set it to 3 hours to knead,rise and bake.          I usually set the crust color to light.
